The Development and Planning Register includes all matters which are to be considered by the Planning Panels, including regionally significant development applications (DAs), rezoning reviews, and planning proposals where the Panels have been directed to act as the relevant planning authority (RPA).
The register is a summary of the application or proposal, its status and, where the matter has been dealt with, the Planning Panel's decision.
For more information on matters considered by the Panels, please visit the About Us section or the Planning Panels Operational Procedures.
Local council staff undertake the assessment of DAs classified as regional development. Up until the time that an assessment report is submitted for a Planning Panel's determination, all enquiries should be made to council. More information should be available on your local council website.
Assessment reports will be available at least 7 days prior to public determination meetings. Any supplementary reports and plans will be made available as received. Those interested in particular matters should regularly check the Development and Planning Register for updates.
Where a Planning Panel has been appointed as the RPA and the planning proposal is on exhibition, details of the planning proposal can be viewed on the On Exhibition page.
